The consequences of World War 2 influence internationally and effects many nations

and countries. This War start in 1939 and in 1945. This War changes global politics,

economies and societies today.

                            Origins and Early Years

  • Start: World War 2 begin on September 1,1939 when Germany under Adolf Hitler, invade

Poland.

  • Allied Response: Great Britian and France declared War on Germany in response

to the invasion.

  • Axis Powers: The main Axis power were Germany, Italy, and Japan.
  • Allied Powers: The major Allied powers include France, Great Britian, the United State and the Soviet Union.

                           Major Turning Points

  • Attack on Pearl Harbor (1941): Japan attack on the U.S. Naval base at Pearl Harbor brought U.S. into War.

Effect: The first effect is changes of world superpower. After War Soviet Union and America

emerge as a superpower. And the legacy of Britain and France end.

As a result, new countries are born. Especially in Africa and Asia.

 

              Making of United Nation: As a result, of World War 2 the United Nation was established to promote

Peace in world. This War makes humanity sensitive against war.

      Economic Impact: There is severe effect of War on economy. The economy in Europe and Asia

destroyed. But America’s Marshal Plan help Europe to rebuild economy.

Effect on Culture: The second severe effect of World War 2 is on culture. An estimate of 70-85 million

of peoples died. Including death in Holocaust.

Modern technology advancement and weapon industries grow. In this way World War 2 changes

whole World and we feel its effects today.
